We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Because we operate primarily as a mobile detailing service, severe weather such as heavy rain or storms may occasionally impact exterior services. If conditions aren’t suitable for mobile work, we may adjust your appointment, or you can take advantage of our convenient customer drop-off or valet pick-up & return options to keep your detailing on schedule.

Payment is completed after your service once you’re satisfied with the results. We accept most major credit and debit cards through your digital invoice, as well as Interac e-Transfer, cash, gift cards, and Rolling Rideau Detail Dollars (earned loyalty points).
