During the colder months, we continue to offer express interior mobile services in our core Ottawa South & Ottawa West service areas (including Barrhaven, Manotick, Riverside South, Nepean, Kanata, Stittsville, and Richmond). Our team uses professional-grade products and techniques designed for cold-weather conditions, and we do not require access to water for mobile services in winter.

For more extensive detailing packages, you can choose to drop off your vehicle or request our valet-style pick-up and return service to one of our nearby climate-controlled indoor locations — so your car gets the care it deserves, no matter the season.

Cancellations & Rescheduling We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late changes may result in a fee.

Weather Delays As a primarily mobile service, severe weather (such as heavy rain, snow, wind, or extreme heat) may impact our ability to safely complete your detailing — especially exterior services. If conditions aren’t suitable, we’ll contact you as early as possible to reschedule or adjust your appointment.

We also offer valet pickup & drop-off service to one of our nearby climate-controlled facilities, so your service can continue uninterrupted, regardless of the weather. Ask us for more details.

Payment is made once the job is complete and you’re fully satisfied with the results — no surprises, just a clean finish. We accept most major credit and debit cards, which can be paid directly through your invoice sent at the end of your appointment.
