Q: What happens if my friend cancels their booking?

A: If a booking is cancelled, the reward will be reversed in your Loyalty Wallet, since rewards only apply to completed, paid details.

Q: Can I stack my rewards?

A: Absolutely! Your Detail Dollars add up and can be applied toward any future service.

Q: How do I redeem my Detail Dollars?

Detail Dollars can be redeemed in two ways:
• Online (Recommended): Apply them yourself at checkout for an instant discount.
• In Person: Let us know at the appointment and we’ll apply them manually toward your balance.

Q: Do my Detail Dollars ever expire?

A: Detail Dollars expire 12 months after they are earned. Don’t worry — only the credits that reach 12 months old will expire, not your whole balance. Make the most of them by applying them to your next detail or surprising a friend with the gift of a clean ride.

• Rewards are issued as Detail Dollars and can only be redeemed toward future detailing services.

• 1 Detail Dollar = $1 CAD. Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or transferred.

• Referral rewards apply only when a referred friend completes and pays for their first detail.

• Rewards may be reversed if a referred booking is cancelled or not completed.

• Detail Dollars expire 12 months after they are earned (rolling basis — only the credits that reach 12 months old will expire).

• Customers may redeem Detail Dollars during online prepayment (recommended) or at the time of service when paying in person.

• The company reserves the right to modify or cancel the program at any time.
